Reservations and payments

• The choice of schedule and teacher will be possible only once the course has been paid.
• When the school confirms that the payment has been received, the student may reserve the teacher, the dates and times that best satisfy him, always depending on their availability.
• Courses from Monday to Friday, must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Courses on Saturday or Sunday must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Courses cannot be booked more than 2 weeks in advance.

Postponing a class

Classes on Saturdays or Sundays

• Deferrals must be notified to the school in writing to the following email: [email protected].
• The student can postpone his course to another date as long as he notifies the school before 10:00 am in writing on the Friday before the Saturday or Sunday in which he is scheduled to receive his classes.
• The teacher will wait 15min before cancelling the class. No refund possible.

Classes from Monday to Friday

• Postponements of classes must be notified to the school in writing to the following email: [email protected].
• The student can postpone his course to another date as long as he notifies the school 24 hours before the start of the course/class.
• If a student is late to the start of class, they will not have the right to make up for lost time or to request a refund. The teacher will wait 15min before cancelling the class. No refund possible.
• If a student does not attend the class without having notified 24 hours in advance, they will not be able to demand any type of economic return to the school. The lost class can be received only by paying the proportional amount of it again.

Cancellation of courses

• Cancellations must be notified previously to the school in writing via email: [email protected].
• For cancellations made 10 days before the start of the course, the school will return 100% student the payments made.
• For cancellations made less than 10 days before the start of the course, the school will NOT return the money to the student. You will only have the possibility of postponing them for a period not exceeding 365 days from the date of the start of the planned course. At the end of the year, that amount will go to the school account.
• In no case will the course amount be refunded once the course has started. The school reserves the right to cancel the course with fewer reservations than necessary, in these cases the full amount paid to the student would be returned.
