Animal rescue and liberation program
Support daily work in one of the rehabilitation centres of wild species with the end goal of releasing the animals back into the wild.
Volunteers support daily work in one of the rehabilitation centres of wild species with the end goal of releasing the animals back into the wild. They rehabilitate mistreated, injured and/or confiscated animals, which are then reintroduced to their natural habitat in protected areas. Visitors have direct contact with monkeys, sloths, olingos, kinkajous, birds, squirrel, etc. This includes helping with food preparation in the animal kitchen, cage cleaning, light construction work, design and installation of toys for the animal guests, and enrichment. Volunteers will also visit the release station and support the work.
