This project supports elementary private schools located in the South Pacific and Caribbean of Costa Rica.
This project supports elementary private schools located in the South Pacific and Caribbean of Costa Rica. It aims to develop the skills and abilities of children with limited financial resources in order to help improve their development in school.
The Volunteers support a variety of activities e.g. Supporting the English, Values and Art class, sports, special events, gardening, painting murals or school furniture, construction work, helping in the school kitchen, etc.
- Location
- Puerto Viejo, Cahuita.
- Working hours
- 7:00am – 3:00pm (varies from school to school).
- Skills
- Responsibility, proactive, punctuality, Self-motivation and open minded, previous experience working in a school/with children in a small group, Spanish level intermediate.
- Staff
- Professional educators, primary school teachers.
